These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of danishakeating.com and any products, courses, content, or services offered by Dr. Danisha Keating ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We offer, among other things:
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase products or services. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are payable through our authorized payment processors. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full price of any product or service you purchase, plus any applicable taxes. Where payment plans are offered, you authorize us to process each scheduled installment automatically.
All sales are final. Because our courses (including RESPOND™), books, and digital products are delivered electronically and immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this policy. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact info@dkeducationconsulting.com and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it.
Bookings for keynotes, workshops, trainings, and other custom services are governed by separate written agreements that address scope, fees, deposits, cancellation, travel, and intellectual property. Where no separate agreement is in place, these Terms control to the extent applicable.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, course materials, slide decks, frameworks, workbooks, and the RESPOND™ name and methodology — is the property of Dr. Danisha Keating or her licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
RESPOND™ is a trademark of Dr. Danisha Keating. You may not use the RESPOND™ name, logo, framework, curriculum, or branded materials to teach, train, certify, license, or distribute under your own brand or organization without a written license agreement.
Enrollment in a course grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the materials for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not record, copy, share, redistribute, repackage, resell, or post the materials online without our prior written consent.

All content, courses, and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Information shared through Dr. Keating's books, courses, talks, and content is for educational and informational purposes and is not a substitute for licensed mental-health, medical, legal, or professional advice. If you or a child in your care is in crisis, contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Dr. Danisha Keating, her affiliates, contractors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dr. Danisha Keating from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or services, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
