For turnaround editing services (7-day, 4-day, 2-day, 24-hour), your completed edit is delivered once via email. For coaching and coaching+editing packages, service is delivered through unlimited back-and-forth document submissions by email for the duration of your package. All services are final sale — no refunds will be issued. By purchasing, you acknowledged and agreed to these terms in the form you signed at checkout.

My Zoom Sessions

You are expected to attend your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancellations result in forfeiture of that session — the hour cannot be recovered or refunded. All services are final sale — no refunds will be issued.
